Proposals submitted to contact person of STOFA component, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development should:

1. Provide a short presentation, by the consultant / training institution, of their activities as a trainer / training institution focusing on the training areas specified in the TOR. A short summary of recent experience providing similar training would be an advantage.

2. Provide a short profile of the consultants that will be providing the training, i.e. detailing full name, title, institution, educational background and core expertise. Curriculum Vitae for each trainer should also be provided.

3. Include a Brief Course Outline of the training program they intend to deliver and how it will be evaluated.

4. Include a breakdown of costs i.e. a financial quotation.

General Condition: National consultants must be highly qualified Vietnamese citizens who are not currently employed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development  or its dependent departments and institutions.

Consultancy fees will be remunerated according to experience in line with the current regulations as stipulated  in the current  UN – EU Guidelines for Financing of Local Costs in Development Co-operation with Viet Nam dated September 1, 2007 (Annex C).

All tenders shall be prepared in 2 languages (Vietnamese & English) and submitted in 01 original & 02 copies in sealed package to STOFA component office.
