Proposals submitted to the contact person of SCAFI component, Ministry of Fisheries should:

Provide a short presentation, by the consultant(s) of their activities as a consultancy supplier focusing on the activity areas specified in the TOR. A short summary of recent experience providing similar consultancy services would be an advantage.

Provide a short profile of the consultants that will be providing the consultancy services, i.e. detailing full name, title, institution, educational background and core expertise. A Curriculum Vitae for each consultant should also be provided.

Include a Brief Outline of the activities and outputs the consultant(s) intend to deliver and how quality will be assured..
